Fairmont Windsor Park in England is seeking an Events Manager to lead seamless event execution, coordinating client needs with hotel operations and staff. You will ensure impeccable service, manage staffing, logistics, and supplier relations, and maintain high standards throughout.

The role requires excellent communication, strong leadership, and the ability to oversee multiple events in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the organisation and coordination of events, covering staffing, logistics, and operations.
• Represent the department in meetings and assign responsibilities as needed.
• Greet and register conference organisers, acting as primary contact.
• Conduct regular check-ins with organisers and adjust operations accordingly.
• Ensure client requests, including late bookings and services, are actioned quickly.
• Oversee event setup and dismantling and ensure proper staff coordination.
• Maintain high standards in back-of-house areas and equipment ordering.
• Model guest service and professional appearance while upholding standards and safety.
• Coordinate with external suppliers (AV, caterers, exhibitors) to align with client expectations.
• Delegate tasks across events team and work with related departments to deliver requirements.
