Fuller’s is family and a place where everyone belongs.

An opportunity has arisen for a People Relations Advisor to join the People Relations Team at our head office in Kew Bridge - we call it our Support Centre.

The successful candidate will have outstanding customer service, knowledge of employment law and associated policies, strong interpersonal skills, great with IT, data and reporting and be a fantastic team player who isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo.

They will be confident to work autonomously, driven to make a difference and comfortable with accountability. Core to their success will be their ability to gain the trust and confidence through legal and pragmatic coaching, communications and training, building on a fair, reasonable and consistent culture that is in line with the company’s values and heritage.

Instant credibility and industry knowledge are essential, as are strong operational, employee relations and IT skills. The successful individual will be equally as comfortable presenting to their seniors as they are talking to their team. Critically this individual must be able to deliver results while embracing Fuller’s values. A positive, collaborative approach is a must.

Whilst the role is based at the Support Centre in Chiswick the role allows for some home working and requires occasional site visits, so you must be willing to travel around the estate as required.
