Job summary

Scania in Milton Keynes is seeking an Events Logistics & Show Operations Specialist with a C+E licence to lead transport, setup and delivery of our UK events.

You will coordinate vehicles, trailers and assets, work with internal teams and partners, and travel across the UK, including occasional overseas trips during peak periods. Hybrid role with training and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in event logistics and vehicle operations.
• Strong understanding of commercial vehicles and presentation.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication with customers, media and colleagues.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and occasional weekends.
• Full UK driving licence and C+E Licence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transport, delivery and collection of event vehicles and assets.
• Prepare, set up and de-rig event infrastructure.
• Ensure event vehicles are presented to high standards.
• Support press events, demonstrations and campaigns.
• Operate the Scania Show Trailer and other assets.
• Manage storage, maintenance and inventory of equipment.
• Carry out vehicle inspections and readiness.
• Support on-site logistics, build and breakdown during events.
• Ensure compliance with health and transport regulations and drive continuous improvement.
