Job summary

Scania (Great Britain) Limited is seeking an Events Logistics & Show Operations Specialist to deliver our UK events programme. You will coordinate transport, prepare vehicles and infrastructure, and ensure assets are presented to the highest standards for exhibitions, launches and media activities.

This hands-on role blends logistics, vehicle operations and on-site event delivery. A C+E Licence and full UK driving licence are required, with travel across the UK and occasional overseas trips

Qualifications

• Experience in event logistics and vehicle operations.
• Strong understanding of exhibition trailers and display assets.
• Excellent planning, organisation and communication.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and work occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transport, delivery and collection of event vehicles and assets.
• Prepare, set up and de-rig event infrastructure, branding and displays.
• Ensure vehicles are presented to high standards for exhibitions and media.
• Support press events, demonstrations and promotional campaigns.
• Operate the show trailer and other event assets at exhibitions and events.
• Manage storage, maintenance and inventory of equipment and merchandise.
• Carry out vehicle inspections and ensure assets are event-ready.
• Support build, breakdown and on-site logistics with safety adherence.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and transport regulations.
