Job summary

ENTHUSE CHARITABLE TRUST in York is seeking an Events & Hospitality Operations Administrator to provide practical, hands-on support for events, courses and hospitality services at our York site. You will help prepare and set up event spaces, deliver hospitality, maintain clean and welcoming public areas during events, and complete the clean-down and reset of spaces afterwards.

This on-site role requires flexibility to match events, including evenings and weekends, with duties such as following

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at Grade A-C, or equivalent education, qualification or experience.
• Able to follow event schedules, checklists and safety procedures accurately.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills for interactions with customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean and reset event spaces to a consistently high standard.
• Assist with setting up event spaces, delivering hospitality and maintaining public areas during events.
• Complete the clean-down and reset of spaces after events and follow schedules and instructions.
