CGC Event Caterers are currently recruiting for an Events Head Chef to join our culinary team, based at our Central Production Kitchen! Our Events Head Chef will support the Executive Head Chef with running the day-to-day operations at our Central Kitchen alongside managing culinary operations at various venues and events, including The Great Yorkshire Show, Paris Airshow, Tickled Pink Gala, and more.

• Ensuring the smooth delivery of culinary packages to clients.
• Adhering to all company procedures and protocols.
• Maintaining positive communication with front of house and management teams.
• Following SOPs and guidelines.
• Supporting efficient facility operations within budgets.

Person Specification

• Highly skilled and experienced Chef, capable of leading a kitchen team across various sites.
• Passionate, dedicated, and eager to develop professionally.
• Strong background in high-end catering.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Currently holding a Head or Sous Chef position within a similar organization or outside catering company.
• Full, clean driving license preferred.

General Information

Flexibility is essential, as some evening, weekend work, and travel to venues and operational sites will be required.
