  high-volume event catering brand operating from a multi-use event space –
  brand launches, corporate events, exhibitions and more.

Together, we’re looking for a Roaming Head Chef to join the
team and support our established Head Chefs across both sites.

The Role:

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll act as a flexible
kitchen leader, working alongside our Head Chefs to:

• Support
  in daily kitchen operations and service delivery
• Help
  develop and execute menus tailored to each concept
• Step
  up in the absence of Head Chefs – ensuring consistency and quality
• Lead
  by example and mentor junior team members
• Assist
  with ordering, prep, stock control, and food hygiene compliance
• Help
  implement systems and support smooth kitchen workflows
• Be
  ready to pivot between street food service and large-scale event catering

You'll split your time between both kitchens based on
operational needs, seasonal demand, and events schedule.

About You:
