Job summary

Leaf Hospitality's DoubleTree by Hilton Lincoln is seeking a highly organised Groups, Conference & Events Sales Executive to manage group accommodation, meeting and event enquiries from initial inquiry through to confirmation. You will build strong client relationships and coordinate with internal teams in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

• Previous experience in sales, events, reservations or hospitality is desirable.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage group accommodation, meeting and event enquiries from initial enquiry through to confirmation.
• Build positive relationships with clients, guests and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals, contracts and event documentation accurately.
• Coordinate event requirements with operational teams.
• Support sales activity and ensure smooth booking processes.
• Contribute to reporting and admin tasks as required.
