DoubleTree by Hilton Lincoln is seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to help lead the F&B operation and create exceptional experiences for guests. This hands-on role supports day-to-day outlets, maintains high service standards, and helps develop the team in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality, strong communication skills, and a passion for guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality role.
• Supervisory experience is desirable but not essential.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead by example and support others.

Responsibilities

• Support the day‑to‑day operation of the Food & Beverage departments
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest service across all food and beverage areas
• Support, coach and motivate team members during service
• Assist with the organisation and delivery of restaurant, bar, breakfast and event operations (where applicable)
• Ensure service standards are maintained consistently across all outlets
• Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally and effectively
• Support stock control, ordering and operational administration where required
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, food safety and company standards
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members
• Help create a positive and engaging environment for guests and colleagues
