Leaf Hospitality's DoubleTree by Hilton Lincoln is seeking a highly organised Groups, Conference & Events Sales Executive to manage group accommodation, meeting and event enquiries from initial inquiry through to confirmation. You will build strong client relationships and coordinate with internal teams in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

• Previous experience in sales, events, reservations or hospitality is desirable.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage group accommodation, meeting and event enquiries from initial enquiry through to confirmation
• Build positive relationships with clients, guests and internal stakeholders
• Prepare proposals, contracts and event documentation accurately and efficiently
• Conduct client showrounds and support sales activity where required
• Coordinate event requirements and communicate details effectively with operational teams
• Coordinate rooming lists, booking amendments and group requirements
• Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries, maximising conversion opportunities
• Maintain accurate records and booking/reservation information within hotel systems
• Support the achievement of meeting and events revenue targets
• Assist with reporting and administrative tasks as required
• Help ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the booking journey

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in sales, events, reservations, administration or hospitality is desirable
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Confidence using Microsoft Office applications and hotel systems
• Positive, professional and commercially minded approach
• Proactive, reliable and solutions‑focused attitude
