The Industry Club is recruiting a Senior Events & Experiential Recruiter to build a specialist desk across events, experiential, brand experience and creative agencies. You’ll work with an established client base, dedicated delivery support and the autonomy to shape your market.

This 360 role requires developing lasting agency partnerships, managing both permanent and freelance recruitment, and providing strategic hiring insight from a remote setting with a weekly London collaboration day.

Qualifikationen

• At least three years’ recruitment experience within events, experiential, brand experience, creative or agency markets.
• Strong network across agencies, brands or production businesses.
• Proven billing record, ideally £200,000+ annually.
• Strong business development and client relationship skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.

We’re looking for a Senior Events & Experiential Recruiter to build and grow a specialist desk across events, experiential, brand experience and creative agencies. You’ll have an existing client base to build on, dedicated delivery support and the autonomy to make your mark.

The role

A 360 role, you’ll develop lasting relationships with agencies, production companies and brands and build a network of talent, becoming a trusted recruitment partner in your market.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Growing a specialist Events & Experiential desk, building on established client relationships.
• Winning new business and developing existing accounts.
• Managing permanent and freelance recruitment across retained, exclusive and contingent assignments.
• Delivering a thoughtful, responsive candidate experience.
• Advising clients on hiring strategy, talent availability and market trends.
• Sharing insight and contributing to the wider business’s growth.

About you

You’ll bring:
