We’re Craft, a recruitment business specialising in the creative and design industry. We’re looking for an experienced recruiter to grow our client services specialism, working with an established agency client base.

Your market
You’ll step into a warm, growing desk, recruiting client services professionals into creative and design agencies.

There are trusted relationships and existing briefs to take ownership of, alongside opportunities to win new clients and deepen those partnerships.
Working closely with our London Directors and experienced colleagues, you’ll develop a clear specialism and become someone agencies turn to for your knowledge, judgement and understanding of their businesses.

We’ll help you shape and grow that market, with the support to build on what’s already there.

Who we’d love to meet
You’re an experienced 360 recruiter who understands client services recruitment into agencies.

You enjoy getting to know how an agency works, what makes its clients stay and the people it needs to grow. You can hold a thoughtful conversation beyond the immediate vacancy and build relationships with senior decision makers.

You’re commercially ambitious, consistent and take pride in doing things properly. You want to make placements and build partnerships that last.
