Job summary

The Industry Club is recruiting a Senior Events & Experiential Recruiter to build a specialist desk across events, experiential, brand experience and creative agencies. You’ll work with an established client base, dedicated delivery support and the autonomy to shape your market.

This 360 role requires developing lasting agency partnerships, managing both permanent and freelance recruitment, and providing strategic hiring insight from a remote setting with a weekly London collaboration day.

Qualifications

• At least three years’ recruitment experience within events, experiential, brand experience, creative or agency markets.
• Strong network across agencies, brands or production businesses.
• Proven billing record, ideally £200,000+ annually.
• Strong business development and client relationship skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Grow a specialist Events & Experiential desk, building on established client relationships.
• Win new business and develop existing accounts.
• Manage permanent and freelance recruitment across retained, exclusive and contingent assignments.
• Deliver a thoughtful, responsive candidate experience.
• Advise clients on hiring strategy, talent availability and market trends.
• Share insight and contribute to the wider business’s growth.
