EVENTS COORDINATOR

DURATION: 3 - 6 MONTHS TEMP ROLE
IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE
LOCATION: GUILDFORD - HYBRID WORKING

We are seeking a highly organised and dynamic Events Coordinator to join a busy and successful Marketing team. The Internal Events Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of internal events and supporting a large external event. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.


Responsibilities:
  1. Support the marketing team with the planning, executing, and attending a large corporate event.
  2. Collaborate with various departments to understand their event needs and objectives.
  3. Research and recommend venues, vendors, and entertainment options.
  4. Coordinate event logistics including venue setup, catering, audiovisual equipment, and transportation.
  5. Develop and maintain event timelines and schedules.
  6. Communicate event details and logistics to attendees and stakeholders.
  7. Provide on-site event support and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  8. Evaluate the success of events through attendee feedback and other metrics.

This role requires someone with previous events experience and who is available immediately.
