Role Overview

The PR & Events team at P&O Cruises is expanding. This role offers the chance to travel onboard award-winning ships, host top-tier journalists, influencers, and brand partners, and be involved in prestigious partnerships like the BAFTA TV Awards and Pride of Britain. The role involves delivering top-tier media coverage across various media outlets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute impactful PR and events activities aligned with P&O Cruises' commercial priorities.
2. Create compelling stories, maintain strong media relationships, and support PR campaigns.
3. Develop press materials, support influencer strategies, and meet KPIs.
4. Coordinate media events, press trips, and brand activations.

This position is at CUK09 level, full-time, permanent, with hybrid working options, including up to two days from home.

What You'll Bring

• Strong understanding of digital and traditional PR, social media, and influencer engagement.
• Exceptional writing skills and attention to detail.
• Experience managing influencer relationships and high-profile events.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and budgeting.
• A well-connected media and influencer contact book.
