Job description

Exciting senior events executive role at a well known mid-sized international law firm. The role works closely with an events manager and an events executive, to support the wider BD team.

You will be integral in creating client experiences across all the sectors and practice groups including life sciences and healthcare. Aside from the management of events, you will also be responsible for working with their sponsorships and key partnerships.

There is also an opportunity to manage and organise international events in Europe.

Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver internal and external events including conferences, seminars, receptions and hospitality events
• Assist with large-scale partner conferences
• Maintain strong relationships with 3^rd party vendors
• Advise stakeholders on event best practices
• Guide and support the events executive and BD Assistants.

This role is suitable for an events executive candidate with experience in professional services and looking to advance their career. You should have experience delivering events within a corporate environment.

The successful candidate must also be a team player with excellent communication skills, as you will be engaging with stakeholders.
