Job summary

Freemans Event Partners is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee catering and bar operations across national event sites. You will lead frontline teams, support unit managers, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while upholding food safety, licensing compliance, and operational excellence from build to breakdown.

In this live events role, you will resolve issues quickly, optimise service speed, and maintain stock, safety, and financial controls.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing catering or bar operations.
• Experience in large-scale events, festivals or stadia.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational delivery for catering and bar operations across events.
• Monitor service standards throughout trading.
• Drive sales opportunities while maintaining safety.
• Coordinate stock replenishment and unit readiness.
