A fabulous business in Stevenage is looking for an Events Coordinator on a 9 to 12-month fixed-term contract, covering a period of maternity leave. This is a highly events-focused position, and you will be the key point of contact for all events. There are around 20 shows in the UK/EU this year, including some large-scale and many smaller, niche events. Your responsibilities will include organizing events from scratch, liaising with the team for socials, print, and bespoke merchandise ordering.
Along with a full-time salary of GBP 30,000 per annum, you will receive a range of benefits including onsite gym equipment, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays and Christmas shutdown, access to Perkbox, a virtual GP service, and the opportunity to gain experience as part of a fast-growing marketing department.
Desirable Skills:
This is a short-term FTC to cover maternity leave, but there is potential for extension or permanence for the right candidate, as this is a busy and expanding team.
