Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the event sales department, including printing menus, updating overviews, liaising with the hospitality team, and assisting with contracts and billing.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email.
- Organize client events, collaborating with other departments to ensure flawless execution.
- Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and contracts to maximize revenue.
- Conduct site visits of event spaces.
- Maintain accurate client records and databases, building strong relationships.
- Guide clients through the planning process, ensuring documentation is ready for handover to the operations team.
- Work closely with the sales team to generate new business and achieve targets.
- Manage multiple inboxes and communicate regularly with clients.
- Deliver excellent customer service and uphold brand standards throughout the event process.
- Identify opportunities to maximize revenue and encourage repeat business.
