Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the event sales department, including printing menus, updating overviews, liaising with the hospitality team, and assisting with contracts and billing.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone and email.
  • Organize client events, collaborating with other departments to ensure flawless execution.
  • Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and contracts to maximize revenue.
  • Conduct site visits of event spaces.
  • Maintain accurate client records and databases, building strong relationships.
  • Guide clients through the planning process, ensuring documentation is ready for handover to the operations team.
  • Work closely with the sales team to generate new business and achieve targets.
  • Manage multiple inboxes and communicate regularly with clients.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and uphold brand standards throughout the event process.
  • Identify opportunities to maximize revenue and encourage repeat business.
