THE NICI Bournemouth is seeking enthusiastic C&B Team Members to deliver exceptional guest experiences at a luxury coastal hotel. You’ll work across conferences, weddings, private dining and special celebrations, providing friendly, attentive service and collaborating closely with kitchen and events teams.

We offer on-the-job training, opportunities for progression and meals provided on duty, within a vibrant and supportive environment at one of Bournemouth’s premier hotels.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality experience is desirable but not essential.
• Strong guest service focus and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional service at events.
• Set up function rooms to standards.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently.
• Coordinate with kitchen and events teams for smooth service.
• Respond promptly to guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation.
• Support team before, during and after events.
• Adhere to hotel and C&B standards.
