Job summary

THE NICI Bournemouth is seeking enthusiastic C&B Team Members to join our Conference & Banqueting team. You’ll deliver seamless service across conferences, meetings, weddings and private dining, working with kitchen and hotel teams.

Ideal candidates are passionate about hospitality, personable and calm under pressure, with excellent communication and teamwork. Previous C&B experience is desirable but not essential; on-the-job training is provided.

• A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• A friendly, confident and professional approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• The ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous hospitality or C&B experience is desirable but not essential.

The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic C&B Team Members to join our Conference & Banqueting team.

You’ll play an important role in delivering a seamless service across a variety of events, from conferences and meetings to weddings, private dining and special celebrations.

You’ll be confident, personable and passionate about hospitality, with a genuine desire to make every guest experience memorable.
