THE NICI Bournemouth is seeking enthusiastic C&B Team Members to join our Conference & Banqueting team. You’ll help deliver seamless service across conferences, meetings, weddings and private events, ensuring every guest experience feels special.

We welcome energetic, guest-focused individuals with a friendly approach. Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not essential; on-the-job training and progression opportunities are provided in a vibrant Bournemouth setting.

The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic C&B Team Members to join our Conference & Banqueting team.

You’ll play an important role in delivering a seamless service across a variety of events, from conferences and meetings to weddings, private dining and special celebrations.

You’ll be confident, personable and passionate about hospitality, with a genuine desire to make every guest experience memorable.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional and attentive service throughout every event.
• Set up and prepare function rooms to the required standards.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
• Work closely with the kitchen, events and wider hotel teams to ensure smooth service.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation.
• Support the team before, during and after events.
• Ensure all hotel and C&B standards are consistently maintained.

What We’re Looking For
