Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Conference and Banqueting Floor Manager to provide strategic leadership for event set-up operations and to deliver memorable hospitality experiences across our venues in the United Kingdom. You will oversee spaces, turnover, and space presentation while collaborating with F&B and Culinary teams to ensure exceptional guest service.

• Monitor service quality, address guest feedback, and drive improvements to the banqueting experience.
