Meldrum House Hotel in Inverurie is seeking a Casual Worker Conference and Events Assistant to join our Events team. You will help deliver outstanding service at weddings, corporate meetings, and private dinners, greeting guests and assisting with orders.

Responsibilities

• Be involved in a varied role across the ballroom, conference centre, Titan Sky Bar dome and outdoor spaces.
• Ensure event rooms are set to customer specifications.
• Receive guests, take orders, serve food and drink, and process payments.
• Greet guests with a warm welcome.
• Create a friendly, welcoming environment to promote guest loyalty.
• Learn menu offerings and alcohol standards.
• Assist with wine service behind event bars as required.
