Hobson Prior is seeking an Events Assistant to play a crucial role in organizing both internal and external events, ranging from small gatherings to large-scale exhibitions. This position involves creating memorable experiences for our clients and supporting our business objectives. The role requires a blend of office work and site visits.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage events from start to finish, including follow-up activities.
  • Communicate with venues and suppliers to arrange event logistics.
  • Handle budgets and oversee participant registration.
  • Create and distribute event-related communications.
  • Enhance customer relationships through exceptional event experiences.
