Location: London Victoria/Westminster – Office based with flexible working (travel to events throughout the year)
Salary and Benefits: Basic salary between £28,000-£30,000 depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including 30 days annual leave, pension, private medical insurance, gym access, cycle to work scheme, free flu jab, and eye test.

Our client, a professional membership body based in Southwest London, is seeking an Events and Administration Assistant to join their team. Reporting to the Head of Business Services, the successful candidate will primarily manage the organisation of the regulation team’s calendar of in-person and online events. Responsibilities include preparing meeting materials, drafting invitations, sourcing venues, liaising with stakeholders such as medical royal colleges and regulators, and supporting wider administrative functions.
