Job description

We are delighted to be working exclusively with a prestigious and well-respected Oxford College to recruit an Events Administrator to join the internal Events team.

This is a full time permanent role, working 9:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend availability required.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Liaise with internal departments to coordinate events and conferences within the college
  2. Accurately record all event information on internal database
  3. Support staff with booking meeting rooms
  4. Work closely with catering and operations team to plan events
  5. Ensure facilities are available to host events and liaise with relevant departments
  6. Issue invoices for all conference and events
  7. Work with Conference & Event Manager to maximise use of facilities, negotiate and draw up contracts
  8. Develop networking links with other colleges as well as building relationships with other departments
  9. Ensure events are booked and recorded with plenty of notice to ensure no event is double booked
