The MSc Taxation is a two-year, part-time, non-residential taught Master’s degree attracting legal and accounting professionals, requiring high professionalism in administrative support. The postholder will join an enthusiastic team of academics and administrators, responsible for various administrative functions and supporting the Course Administrator for the MSc in Taxation. Reporting to the MSc Course Directors and Deputy Directors, and the Senior Administrator for the MLF and Postgraduate Taught Courses, the post involves providing administrative support across the faculty, serving as an interface between Law and the Centre for Business Taxation at Saïd Business School, and being a point of contact for students and alumni. The position is permanent, full-time, based at St Cross Building, Oxford. The faculty supports hybrid working, requiring staff to be on-site at least 40% of the time. The role involves flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, especially during residential weeks and teaching weekends. The ideal candidate will have a good general education, proven administrative experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, IT proficiency, and a flexible, cooperative attitude. Education to degree level or equivalent is required, along with experience in using relevant software and managing budgets, with financial software experience being desirable.
