Bell Cornwall Recruitment is pleased to be hiring an Events Administrator for a fantastic company in Birmingham.

THIS IS A FULL-TIME IN-OFFICE OPPORTUNITY.

Responsibilities:
  • Answering calls and responding to emails
  • Handling invoices and purchase orders
  • Preparing documents
  • Liaising with the team regarding queries
  • Coordinating and supporting events
  • Preparing and completing documents for the team and events
  • Ensuring deadlines are met and work is accurate
  • Recording data correctly
  • Assisting the team with various administrative tasks
  • Providing ad hoc admin and PA support to the team
Skills Needed:
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to use initiative and work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and numerical skills
  • Previous experience or keen interest in admin roles
  • Passion for music and events is a plus
