Aston Villa Football Club is recruiting Welfare Support Officers to join the Safeguarding Team at Villa Park and the Sports Illustrated Warehouse. Roles involve supporting safeguarding and welfare at Women's First Team matchdays and other events, with flexible hours across evenings, weekends, and weekdays as needed.

You will be the first point of contact for safeguarding incidents, respond promptly, and relay updates to the control room, ensuring accurate incident reporting and high-quality

Qualifications

• You will be at least 18 years old and have experience working at events, ideally in safeguarding and welfare.
• You should be able to deliver professional customer service while solving problems under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with diverse people in a stadium/event setting.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for safeguarding and welfare incidents in your location and resolve on site where possible.
• Escalate issues as needed and provide timely updates to the control room.
• Attend briefs and debriefs and ensure thorough incident reports are completed post-event.
