Event Crew and Bar Staff Wanted for Summer 2025!

We are seeking various roles for our corporate summer event, The Bowls Club, launching in 2022 and now in its 4th year in the heart of London. Hosting up to 1000 customers daily for drinks, food, and games, our venue is busy and fun! We also have two other pop-up locations across London with opportunities from June to August.

Roles Available:

1. Event Crew: This role involves physical work such as loading/unloading trucks, setting up, and breakdown of the venue. Experience is helpful but a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are most important. You will also assist behind the scenes during events to ensure smooth operations.
2. Bar Staff/Bar Backs: These roles are on event days. Bar backs support bar staff by replenishing stock and clearing glasses. Bar staff handle drinks service, including cocktails. Prior experience is desirable but not essential; eagerness to learn and excellent customer service are key.
3. Floor Service Staff: Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining cleanliness, delivering drinks, and providing table service.
4. Front of House Staff: First point of contact for clients. Responsibilities include greeting, managing passes/vouchers, explaining event details, and guiding guests to their reserved areas. Good organization and a positive attitude are essential.

All roles are paid at least the London living wage (£13.85 - £16/hour), with potential for higher rates based on performance, skills, and experience. Opportunities for progression are available. Some hours may be unsociable, but we prioritize work-life balance.
