Copthorne Hotel Cardiff-Caerdydd is seeking an Event Sales & Reservations Agent to handle event and accommodation enquiries, convert bookings and coordinate guest requirements, delivering exceptional service from enquiry through to event completion.

The role requires excellent communication and customer service, with strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 40 hours over 5 days with a salary up to £27,040 per annum.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, reservations or hospitality experience preferred.
