Live Recruitment in the UK is seeking an Event Registration Manager to own a portfolio of client events from pre-show setup through to onsite delivery, acting as the main client contact while coordinating internally to keep every project on track.
The role involves setting up online registration forms, managing deadlines and client data, liaising with internal teams, and attending onsite at UK and occasional overseas events.
Hybrid: 3 months office-based, then 2 days from home, 3 days in office
When registrations open on a major exhibition, the Event Registration Manager is the person who made that work. The forms, the data flows, the client handholding, the onsite calm when a thousand delegates arrive at once. This is a unique opportunity within a supplier trusted by some of the biggest names in exhibitions and conferences!
This is a mid-size event tech supplier with over a decade in the industry, widely regarded as a front runner in registration. The team is collaborative and genuinely enjoys what it does. Social events and a flat enough structure mean your work is visible. The business is winning clients at pace, including expansion into the US, so if you join as Event Registration Manager the pipeline is busy and the opportunities are real.
The Event Registration Manager owns a portfolio of client events from pre-show setup through to onsite delivery, acting as the main client contact while coordinating internally to keep every project on track.
The right Event Registration Manager will have solid, hands-on events industry experience, whether that is exhibitions, conferences, agency-side or in-house, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without dropping the ball. Strong written and verbal communication is essential: this role involves a lot of client contact and you need to be confident, clear and responsive under pressure.
Experience with event registration platforms or event tech is beneficial but not essential. Backgrounds in hotel or venue operations are equally welcome. A UK driving licence is useful given the onsite element. What matters most is a calm, organised approach and the willingness to grow alongside a role that is becoming increasingly technical.
In return you get hybrid working, a team that genuinely looks out for each other, weekend pay, and a growing business where the work keeps coming.
