We’re looking for an organised, client‑focused Events Manager to join our Events team, taking ownership of a diverse portfolio of live, virtual and hybrid events delivered across the UK and beyond.
This role is ideal for someone with proven experience managing events end‑to‑end, from planning and logistics through to onsite delivery - who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues. You’ll be confident managing multiple projects simultaneously, anticipating requirements, solving problems early and maintaining high standards of accuracy, service and compliance.
Based primarily at our Hinckley office, you’ll support conferences, exhibitions, meetings, roadshows, awards dinners and more. You’ll use event technology such as EventsAir or Cvent to build websites, registration portals and digital tools, while ensuring budgets, timelines and documentation are managed professionally throughout the event lifecycle. The role also includes regular travel for client meetings, site visits and event delivery, with occasional flexibility required for early mornings, evenings or weekends.
You’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional event experiences, collaborating closely with internal teams and suppliers, contributing to departmental targets, and supporting wider projects and initiatives.
Due to the nature of the events industry, some flexibility will be required, including occasional additional hours, evenings and/or weekends to support events and meet business needs.

You will work closely with clients, colleagues and suppliers to ensure events are delivered professionally, safely and within agreed budgets and timescales, while providing an excellent level of service throughout the event lifecycle.

The role includes regular travel for client meetings, site inspections and events, which may occasionally require overnight stays.
As events can take place outside standard office hours, flexibility will sometimes be required to support early mornings, evenings or weekends.
