What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 3 years’ agency-side creative production experience, ideally with SketchUp.
• Strong budget management skills, capable of handling budgets up to £200K.
• Confident communication skills for engaging with clients.
• Proficiency in deck-building and moodboarding; SketchUp is a plus.
• A passion for interactive tech and creative brand experiences.
• A calm, collaborative, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• A full UK driving licence and own car, due to rural location outside Guildford.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the full lifecycle of live brand activations and events.
• Manage budgets up to £200K meticulously.
• Collaborate with founders on creative proposals, pitch decks, moodboards, and timelines.
• Work with freelancers, suppliers, and technical teams to execute builds.
• Communicate clearly with clients throughout projects.
• Be proactive on-site to ensure seamless execution.
• Stay updated on trends in experiential, cultural, and technological landscapes.
• Enjoy the process and produce exceptional work!
