Gigue Production Limited is a London-based live entertainment company delivering high-quality, accessible productions across the UK. We specialise in end-to-end event production, combining creative vision with operational excellence to bring memorable live experiences to diverse audiences. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Senior Event Production Manager to lead key projects and support our business development strategy.
About the Role
This is a senior-level role overseeing the full production cycle of live events. From client meetings and concept planning to on-site delivery and post-event review, you will manage all aspects of production while maintaining budget control and ensuring top-tier quality. You’ll also play an active role in developing new client relationships and expanding our portfolio of events.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full planning and production of live events, ensuring timely and professional delivery
Manage event budgets from start to finish, including forecasting, cost control, and reporting
Oversee vendor selection and contract negotiation
Work directly with clients and partners to develop tailored production plans
Supervise timelines, logistics, and technical production requirements
Identify business development opportunities and represent the company in client-facing settings
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment across production, marketing, and creative functions
Requirements
At least 5 years’ experience in live event production or senior event management
Proven ability to lead projects and teams in fast-paced production environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strategic thinker with attention to detail and a hands-on approach to execution
English language proficiency at CEFR Level B1 or above
