Are you a skilled AV Production Manager with experience in large-scale venues? Do you thrive in big production event environments, delivering world-class productions across conferences, exhibitions, awards ceremonies, and product launches?

The CoCo Group is partnering with a leading AV Production company, and we’re looking for a dynamic Production Manager to join their expert team. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional technical solutions and running high-profile events in some of London’s most iconic venues, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

• Take the lead from the initial client brief to final de-rig, ensuring seamless event production.
• Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and event designs, working closely with creative teams.
• Coordinate suppliers, crew, and equipment, managing logistics with precision.
• Oversee budgets for large-scale productions, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate an events team, ensuring every project runs smoothly.
• Uphold the highest standards of health & safety, ensuring compliance at every stage.

Who You Are

Extensive experience in technical event production within large London venues.

A pro at managing client relationships, delivering exceptional service and technical expertise.

Skilled in project delivery, logistics, and budget management.

Comfortable leading high-energy, high-pressure events with confidence.

Certifications like IPAF, First Aid, IOSH are a plus—but training is available if needed!
