Delaware North UK is hiring a full-time Events Planning Manager for non-match days to work for 12 months of maternity cover at the iconic Wembley Stadium in Wembley, London. Share our vision and help create exceptional experiences under the arch for organisers and guests alike. What will you do?

• Manage event planning for all non-match day events, including corporate, private, and social guests, venue sponsors, and box holders
• Ensure supplier list rates and privileges are accurate
• Manage diary scheduling for events, ensuring precise information and successful planning in collaboration with relevant department heads
• Oversee the production and distribution of weekly function sheets and lead weekly briefings with internal teams and key stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies, health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards

More about you

• Over 5 years of event experience, especially in similar environments such as conference centres, hotels, and unique venues; no degree required
• Strong skills in communication, organization, attention to detail, productivity, flexibility, and quick learning
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT literacy
• Excellent knowledge of food and event hospitality
