Fairmont St Andrews is seeking an Event Operations Assistant Manager to join the Food & Beverage team. You will support the Event Operations Manager with conferences, banquets, private dining and large-scale events, ensuring flawless execution and Fairmont-standard service.
You will lead and motivate the Events team, manage client expectations, coordinate spaces and work across Planning, Culinary, F&B and Technical Services to deliver memorable experiences in a luxury setting.
