Description

Our Telecommunications client is in search of a parental leave coverage to support their events and field marketing team to plan and deliver on both physical and digital events.

Day To Day Requirements In The Role

Located in Boston and able to go in office in Wakefield 2-3 times a week
Possible travel to NYC or downtown Boston
6+ years of experience in Event Management
Background in managing both physical events including lobby events with partners, industry event logistics, webinars, bespoke events like roundtables with customers and prospects
Managing event budgets
Maintenance of RSVP lists of registrants for both internal and external events
Identification and follow up on raffle giveaways
Tracking ROI post event
Experience working within telecommunications
