Job summary

AOK Events is seeking an Event Manager to join our growing team in London, delivering high-profile events across formats and audiences.

With 2-3 years of experience, you will plan and execute multiple events, collaborating with clients and suppliers, managing budgets, and helping to drive revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in event management.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Desirable: understanding of accounting, IT and event technology.

Job description

We're looking for a talented and driven Event Manager to join our growing team at AOK Events. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and a proven track record in managing events across a variety of formats and audiences.

With at least 2-3 years' experience in event delivery, you'll play a key role in bringing our clients' visions to life - working across everything from high-end celebrations and awards to brand experiences, conferences, incentives, and corporate hospitality.

The Role

As an Event Manager, you'll be responsible for the seamless planning and delivery of multiple events, ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard. You'll collaborate closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to create memorable, impactful experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding events that exceed client expectations
  • Lead project delivery, including logistics, production management, communications, and creative execution

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in event management, ideally with some agency experience
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • A good understanding of accounting, IT, and event technology (desirable)
Location & Working Pattern
  • London-based, or able to travel regularly to our London office
  • Flexibility to attend events, including occasional evenings and weekends
