Live Recruitment Limited is seeking an Event Project Manager in the UK to lead end-to-end delivery of events up to £500k. You will manage client relationships, source venues, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure successful project execution, while driving growth within accounts.
The role combines hands-on delivery with commercial ownership in a hybrid working setup, requiring occasional travel to client sites and events.
Hybrid working: 3 days in office
Beauty and lifestyle clients bringing influencer activations, incentive travel, brand dinners and major conferences to the table, with a good chunk of it delivered abroad. If that sounds like the kind of portfolio you'd like to work on, the Event Project Manager opening is worth a closer look.
This is a 360 end-to-end event agency with a no-ego culture and a client roster spanning beauty, tech, gaming and financial sectors. The EMEA team is boutique, close-knit and entirely female-led, covering everything from intimate dinners to large-scale international conferences. An Event Project Manager here works across a wide range of events, and people tend to stay once they're in.
The Event Project Manager sits within the bespoke team, leading full delivery of events up to £500k, managing client relationships and driving account growth alongside day-to-end project execution.
A strong Event Project Manager for this role will have solid grounding in end-to-end event management, including budget oversight, supplier negotiation and client account management within an agency or similar environment. Organised, commercially aware and comfortable owning projects independently.
Experience with delegate management tools or an understanding of account growth and new-business development would be beneficial but is not essential.
Salary sits between £35,000 and £42,000, with a strong suite of perks, genuine commercial ownership and a team that backs the people in it.
