The Role

Due to continued business growth, there is now an opportunity for an Event Manager to join their close-knit team. Responsibilities include:

1. End-to-end management of a range of events
2. Client management, consultancy, and communication
3. Preparation and delivery of pitch presentations, virtually or in person
4. Event budget and proposal production and management
5. Sourcing, negotiation, and management with external suppliers
6. Planning workloads, briefing, and overseeing Event Coordinator and Event Administrator activities
7. Preparation, communication, and management of event plans and timelines
8. Post-event reconciliation and billing, ensuring profitability

The Candidate

Candidates should have similar experience from working within an event agency or similar environment. The role requires a confident Event Manager with solid end-to-end event management experience, strong communication skills, and experience dealing with senior-level clients. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred but not essential.
