Job summary

At Atlassian Williams F1 Team, we seek a Hospitality & Events Manager to own end-to-end guest management programmes for allocated races. You will work with Partners to translate objectives into premium guest experiences, handling planning, coordination, and on-site delivery to reflect the Williams brand.

You will manage travel, accommodation, and logistics, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure budgets are tracked and reported in line with Williams processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality, events, guest management, or travel management (6+ years).
• Experience delivering complex, high-touch guest programmes, preferably within F1.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver end-to-end guest management programmes for allocated races.
• Collaborate with Partners and Partner Managers to align objectives and budgets.
• Own guest journey from pre-event planning to post-event delivery.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for guests.
• Manage on-site delivery, activations, and guest experiences with suppliers.
• Monitor budgets and ensure compliance with Williams processes.
