Job summary

ISS Facility Services UK is seeking an Event Executive to support the Curated Experience Manager in planning and delivering on-site events and activations on the Northampton campus. You'll be at the heart of experiences, creating warm, memorable interactions for colleagues, clients, and guests with energy, flair, and a personal touch.

You'll thrive in fast-paced environments, be detail-oriented and personable, and build rapport to tailor recommendations from insight and feedback.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in event management.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and property management systems.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-focused, organised, and professional.
• Team player with a proactive, energetic approach.
• Works well under pressure in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Be a natural host with a passion for creating memorable experiences
• Support event planning, setup, delivery, and vendor onboarding
• Confidently use systems like Condeco and E-permit
• Assist with event admin, bookings, and communications
• Host pop-ups, activations, and campus-wide events (incl. out-of-hours)
• Ensure safe, high-quality event environments
• Respond to and manage event tickets via MS Forms or similar
