Job summary

Project People is seeking an Event Engagement Team member to support events across London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leicestershire or Surrey. You will hold and guide meaningful conversations with exhibitors and delegates, spark curiosity, and capture insights that would otherwise be lost.

Ideal candidates are friendly, methodical and confident, able to work alone, with experience using tablets or touch-screen devices and the flexibility to attend pre-event briefings and end-of-day debriefs.

• Ideal candidates will be friendly and approachable with a genuine curiosity around information gathering in public.
• Methodical, organised, confident and professional candidates.
• Ability to work alone.
• Experience of using tablets/touch-screen devices.

Responsibilities

• Hold and guide meaningful conversations at events in a specified location.
• Spark curiosity, draw out knowledge from exhibitors and delegates, and capture insight that would otherwise go unrecorded.
• Attend the pre-event briefing on arrival and the debrief at end of day.
• Approach exhibitors and delegates to initiate and guide conversations.
• Use a Gauge19-supplied or approved personal device to access Lorefully and record outputs.
