Tokens& hosts hackathons globally and runs IRL AI hackathons in London with partners like OpenAI, AWS, DeepMind, Anthropic, Cursor & more.

You will own day-of event operations — logistics, volunteers, judging, and keeping the event on schedule. This is a paid part-time/per-event gig, with potential for ongoing collaborations across many events worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience organising live events or hackathons is a plus.
• Ability to manage timelines and on-site logistics.
• Strong communication and coordination with partners.

Tokens& produces high signal technical events supporting the engineers, founders and companies building the future. We host hackathons all across the year across the globe.

We are looking for someone to help run IRL AI hackathons in London with partners like OpenAI, AWS, DeepMind, Anthropic, Cursor & more. You will own day-of event ops at our hackathons — things like logistics, managing volunteers, judging & keeping the event on schedule.
