About Paraglide

Paraglide is a fast-growing AI startup, backed by the investors behind companies such as Anthropic (Claude), LinkedIn, Canva and Pinterest. We build AI agents for back-office finance teams, helping them manage their email inbox and get paid faster.

The role

You'll own the machinery that makes every event happen. We run an intense events schedule of both external events and our own events. This is a role for someone who loves making things run: the venue is booked, the invites are out, the room is full, the follow-ups are sent, and nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Own the events calendar end-to-end: hosted dinners, our own summits, and third-party conferences and sponsorships
  • Run logistics: venues, catering, AV, travel, run-of-show, on-the-day execution
  • Drive attendance alongside our sales team: invite lists, RSVPs, reminders, and personal follow-up
  • Keep our CRM clean: attendee data in, meetings and follow-ups tracked
  • Own internal events: team dinners, offsites, and hosting customers, candidates, and investors
  • Track budget and report on what each event delivered
What We're Looking For
  • Exceptionally organised - you run on checklists, and nothing slips
  • You believe in unreasonable hospitality - the extra touch nobody asked for, delivered with energy that lifts the whole room
  • Evidence you've organised things at scale, in any form: student societies, sports tours, conferences, charity events, weddings, festival crews.
  • We care about hustle.
  • Strong written communication- you'll be writing invites and follow-ups to senior finance leaders
  • Happy to travel across Europe and work event evenings
  • Comfortable with chaos

We welcome a wide range of backgrounds and experience levels for this role, including recent graduates and early-career candidates. What matters is the evidence that you can hustle and run events that people never forget.

Bonus (not required)
  • Experience in a startup environment
  • Additional European languages
What We Offer
  • A front-row seat at a fast-growing, VC-backed AI company
  • Real ownership from day one — you run the channel, not the coffee orders
  • Travel across Europe's business hubs
  • Office on Adam Street, central London
