Mount Charles Group is recruiting an Event Cleaning Team Leader to join our team at ICC Waterfront Hall, Belfast. The role involves leading cleaning operations, auditing quality, meeting clients, and supporting payroll and inductions.

The candidate should have exceptional customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and relevant NVQ/SVQ level qualifications. A flexible, on-site role with evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• NVQ/SVQ Level qualification preferred.
• Previous work experience in customer service employment.

Responsibilities

• Contract Auditing – carry out quality audits as per schedule and company policy.
• Client contact – meet with clients as per schedule.
• Assisting with payroll when needed.
• Check staff uniforms.
• Induction training for all new starts and staff moving sites.
• Ensure staff perform duties to the best of their abilities.
• Maintain stock in all areas and ensure hygiene standards.
• Manage daily staff activities and holiday cover.
• Stock ordering and compliance with COSHH and color coding.
