Job summary

The Royal Shakespeare Company in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking Front of House Assistants on a fixed-term contract to cover the festive period. You will welcome audiences, promote the RSC, and help ensure a warm, safe visit to the venue.

Shifts are evenings and weekends (from 6pm), with 16 hours per week for seven weeks. Successful applicants will join a responsive team, with training dates and an assessment centre arranged.

Responsibilities

• Welcome audiences and provide a genuine, proactive welcome to the building.
• Support smooth running of public events and assist audiences during their visit.
• Promote the RSC and uphold safeguarding and safety procedures.
• Work evenings and weekends; adapt to variable schedules during the festive period.
• Attend assessments and training dates as part of the fixed-term contract.
